Rationale

I often work with weary huge renders up to 90MPix.
Adjusting compositor with such render is bottleneck of my workflow. To speed up this process i used to add scale+crop for every render pass output. This way both overall and detail compositor resoult can be previewed quicker. Although this is not intuitive. I would like to see an option to scale/'border select' for finished renderlayer just like in options for render properties.
