Rationale
Mesh Deform is more and more used especial for rigging with meshing (like blenrig etc.) It is often necessary to calculate (bind) your mesh for trail and error until it works. Additional a precision of 7 is mostly necessary. The bind process is time consuming.

Therefore it is necessary to improve the performance.
