Rationale
The ability to create text fields across the keyboard in "grease pencil tool" allows annotations for users without graphics tablet. You can also define graphical elements like arrows or other graphic symbols through Python plugins, for animatics and storybord anotations (text, arrow, center pivot, traveling symbol, Categories of shots.....)
