Providing at least a mockup or a detailed description of how you would want these radial menus to work would make the solution much more viable.

i'm all for radial menus!

it would be especially aewesome, if they could be programmed to dynamically arrange themselves based on most frequently used items…

super-efficiency! for each individual user the radial menu contents would evolve for their workflow…

While dynamically arranged menus may be neat, in most cases they would defeat the speed benefits of using muscle memory. You would have to visually check if your menu item is still in place if tools are constantly re-arranging their order. The benefits come from not having to look at the menus anymore and just remember a direction or series of direction.

If used for selecting, something like brushes, it still wouid offer a benefit in speed, even if dynamic, by having your menu of icons appear at your cursor rather than move to the side of the window, but that applies to any menu shape. It would still suffer because you would have to check which brush is where...
