Idea #505: Addition of chamfered/filleted meshes (box, cylinder, etc.)

Rationale
I really miss properly chamfered/filleted/beveled primitives in Blender, such as the ChamferBox and ChamferCylinder in 3ds Max. Such meshes provide a quick way to create realistic tables, chairs and lots of other stuff, as no real-life object has sharp edges.
Adding a Bevel modifier and then a Subdivide modifier to a box or cylinder do not provide good results, particularly with cylinder meshes.
