Rationale
When writing long scripts, it gets tedious to scroll through and find what you are looking for. it would be nice to be able to "fold the code" so that functions, classes, or even anything that gets indented can be folded

Blender is constantly developing, but working with the text editor is lagging noticeably. Little features like code-folding will really modernize things a lot.
