Idea #337: It is too easy to rotate away from a orthographiv view on accident

Rationale
There is already a 4 split view, but you are unable to make any of those views full screen. Also, you cannot customize placement. It should be possible to set up any views, especially orthographic to lock to that view. Allow zoom and pan, but disable rotating the view.
